Program Overview:
The Walnut Hills Redevelopment Foundation's Residential Façade Improvement Program assists homeowners in making essential repairs to their homes. The pilot program focuses on eligible properties in the 45206 zipcode.

Storm shutters

Exterior painting

Roof repair

Masonry

Windows

Doors

Awnings

Lighting

Eaves

Gutters

Other essential exterior repairs

Program Focus:

Targets lower-income households

Fosters equity to benefit long-term homeowners and property owners

Application Process:

A program and design committee evaluates applicants

Awards projects whose design will have a positive impact on the Walnut Hills community

Further vetting required before an applicant is awarded a facade grant
