Program Overview:
The Walnut Hills Redevelopment Foundation's Residential Façade Improvement Program assists homeowners in making essential repairs to their homes. The pilot program focuses on eligible properties in the 45206 zipcode.

• Storm shutters
• Exterior painting
• Roof repair
• Masonry
• Windows
• Doors
• Awnings
• Lighting
• Eaves
• Gutters
• Other essential exterior repairs

Program Focus:

• Targets lower-income households
• Fosters equity to benefit long-term homeowners and property owners

Application Process:

• A program and design committee evaluates applicants
• Awards projects whose design will have a positive impact on the Walnut Hills community
• Further vetting required before an applicant is awarded a facade grant
