Resident Scholarship Awards
Award Type: Scholarship for residents presenting at annual meeting
Award Amount: $1,000 (standard meetings), $1,500 (Hawaii meetings)
Geographic Scope: Western Section AUA training facilities within geographical boundaries
Overview: Resident scholarship awards are presented to two outstanding residents from each of the training facilities in the Western Section geographic boundaries.
Selection Process: The residents are chosen by the Chief of Urology of each training facility.
Qualifications:
Recognition: Scholarship award winners will be published in the official annual meeting program book and Mainstream Newsletter.
How to Apply
Application Process
1. Submit abstract to the annual meeting
2. Have abstract accepted for presentation
3. Present the paper at annual meeting
4. Register for the annual meeting
5. Nomination/selection by Chief of Urology at your training facility
