Resident Scholarship Awards

Award Type: Scholarship for residents presenting at annual meeting

Geographic Scope: Western Section AUA training facilities within geographical boundaries

Resident scholarship awards are presented to two outstanding residents from each of the training facilities in the Western Section geographic boundaries.

Selection Process: The residents are chosen by the Chief of Urology of each training facility.

Qualifications:

• The resident has submitted an abstract to the annual meeting
• The abstract has been accepted for presentation
• The resident must present the paper and register for the annual meeting

Recognition: Scholarship award winners will be published in the official annual meeting program book and Mainstream Newsletter.

Application Process

1. Submit abstract to the annual meeting
2. Have abstract accepted for presentation
3. Present the paper at annual meeting
4. Register for the annual meeting
5. Nomination/selection by Chief of Urology at your training facility

Requirements

• Must be a resident at Western Section training facility
• Must submit and have abstract accepted
• Must present paper at meeting
• Must register for annual meeting
• Selected by Chief of Urology
