Reproductive Health and Family Planning Grants The purpose of the Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS) Reproductive Health and Family Planning (RHFP) Program is to support a network of clinics across the state that provide client-centered quality RHFP services. The RHFP program coordinates care and focuses on comprehensive services by bringing together a variety of providers and referral partners for providing standard information, training, and resources to all partners. To aid in the provision of RHFP services, the RHFP Program announces these grant funding opportunities (GFO): Training for Colposcopic Examinations and ActivitiesGrant for Colposcopies and Other Services Women’s Health Block Grant – City-based Clinics Women’s Health Block Grant – Racial Minority Women’s Health Block Grant – Chlamydia Outreach Women’s Health Block Grant – General Outreach to Low-Income Pregnant Women Reproductive Health and Family Planning Grants: Training for Colposcopic Examinations and Activities As directed in Wisconsin Legislature: 255.06(2)(d), this funding will specifically aid in the provision of specialized training of advanced practice providers to perform, in rural areas, colposcopic examinations and follow-up activities for the treatment of cervical cancer. Grant Agreement Period The initial grant agreement period shall be effective from 1/1/2026 through 6/30/2026, with a renewal option of four additional periods. Grant Funding Amount The total amount of funds available for all proposers through this GFO is $25,000 per grant period, up to five total grant periods. Number of Grant Agreements It is the intention of the Department to award up to 10 grant agreements for the services required in this GFO.Eligibility
