Routine Immunization Through Community Engagement (RICE) 4.0 Grant The RICE grant provides funding to support organizations, such as community-based organizations, local and Tribal health departments, and pharmacies, build a network of vaccinators, increase vaccine equity across the state, and fund culturally relevant and sensitive research. RICE grant funding has been used for: providing one-on-one outreach creating vaccine clinics to meet special needs, doing podcasts, translating materials about vaccines, and much more. The Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS) is proud to announce the Routine Immunization Through Community Engagement (RICE) 4.0 Grant Program. This funding opportunity seeks to empower communities to overcome barriers, promote confidence in vaccines and increase protection against vaccine preventable diseases through immunization, while reducing health disparities for pediatrics and adults. There will be approximately 12 awardees. The maximum award amount is $40,000. Applications can focus on either pediatric or adult work, but not both. All previous and current RICE grantees are eligible to apply for this fourth iteration of the grant.Eligibility
