Representation and Diversity (RAD) Coaching Grant

Overview: Program subsidizing costs associated with becoming a certified coach for those with financial need, encouraging people from underrepresented groups to take on leadership roles in their communities.

What the Grant Covers:

  • A non-player USA Ultimate membership

  • Cost of one certification clinic (youth, college, or club)

  • Note: If a player membership is needed, the RAD grant covers non-player membership; can upgrade separately
  • Geographic Scope: United States

    Eligibility:
    The grant is open to:

  • Women

  • Those who identify as non-binary

  • Those who identify as Black, Indigenous or People of Color (BIPOC)

  • Demonstrating financial need
  • Certification Options Covered:

  • Youth coach certification

  • College coach certification

  • Club coach certification
  • Program Features:
