Redevelopment Assistance Capital Program (RACP)

Purpose: Commonwealth-funded grant program that supports the acquisition and construction of regional economic development, cultural, civic, and historical improvement projects.

Geographic Scope: Pennsylvania (regional focus)

PIDC's Role: PIDC administers this Commonwealth-funded program on behalf of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as a trusted conduit. PIDC helps eligible applicants understand available grant programs, connect to apply, and guides grantees through the funding process once awarded.

Note: PIDC generally does not determine grant eligibility criteria or participate in the selection process. The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania selects awardees.
