  • Analysis of RNAseq data from nasal swabs of KS2 patients and matched controls
  • Identification of differentially expressed genes, pathways, and potential therapeutic targets
  • Prediction of compounds (including FDA-approved and GRAS compounds) capable of restoring disrupted RNA networks
  • Patient stratification into Therapeutic Response Groups based on predicted response mechanisms
  • Drug repurposing strategies and future clinical trial design
