Those who have been Indiana residents for eight years and a graduate of an accredited high school in Boone, Hamilton, Hancock, Hendricks, Johnson, Madison, Marion, Morgan, or Shelby County.Any Indiana vocational, technical, or trade schoolReturning adult students who demonstrate financial need or other significant barriers to obtaining a post-secondary degree or credential, and community involvement and service.
