Resident Criteria Those who have been Indiana residents for eight years and a graduate of an accredited high school in Boone, Hamilton, Hancock, Hendricks, Johnson, Madison, Marion, Morgan, or Shelby County. Applicants must have been enrolled at the school they graduated from for a minimum of two years.Degree Criteria Any college or university in IndianaAdditional CriteriaCurrent high school senior who demonstrates financial need or other significant barriers to obtaining a post-secondary degree, “average” GPA as described by the school, and community involvement and service.
