RAP Foundation Education Grant

The RAP Foundation Education Grant offers funding of up to $1,500 per year for educational projects that benefit students and the community within the Coachella and Palo Verde Valleys. This grant is available to qualified nonprofit organizations, educational institutions, and governmental agencies. The foundation aims to improve the quality of life by addressing unmet needs in health, mental health, and juvenile intervention, thus empowering local nonprofits to better serve their communities.

RAP Foundation Grant Opportunities
The Regional Access Project Foundation (RAP) Inc. incorporated in 1992 as a 501(c)(3) public benefit corporation in order to address unmet needs in health, mental health and juvenile intervention for residents of the Coachella and Palo Verde Valleys, from the western border of North Palm Springs to the eastern border of the City of Blythe. through grants and technical assistance to not for profit service providers.
The Regional Access Project Foundation’s Vision is to enhance the quality of life for all residents of the Coachella and Palo Verde Valleys, from the western border of North Palm Springs to the eastern border of the City of Blythe by investing in nonprofits and empowering them to effectively serve unmet needs identified by the RAP Board of Directors. Our grants are designed to accomplish this vision.
Programs funded must address one or more of our Focus Areas:

• HealthMental HealthJuvenile Intervention
• Education Grant
• An Education Grant request can be up to $1,500 per year for school district projects benefiting students and/or the community.

Eligibility

Grant Applications are available for qualified nonprofit organizations, educational institutions, and governmental agencies. The program, service, or project must benefit residents in Coachella Valley and Palo Verde Valley.

Ineligibility

Funding requests cannot be for fundraiser events.
