RAP Foundation Grant Opportunities The Regional Access Project Foundation (RAP) Inc. incorporated in 1992 as a 501(c)(3) public benefit corporation in order to address unmet needs in health, mental health and juvenile intervention for residents of the Coachella and Palo Verde Valleys, from the western border of North Palm Springs to the eastern border of the City of Blythe. through grants and technical assistance to not for profit service providers. The Regional Access Project Foundation’s Vision is to enhance the quality of life for all residents of the Coachella and Palo Verde Valleys, from the western border of North Palm Springs to the eastern border of the City of Blythe by investing in nonprofits and empowering them to effectively serve unmet needs identified by the RAP Board of Directors. Our grants are designed to accomplish this vision. Programs funded must address one or more of our Focus Areas: HealthMental HealthJuvenile Intervention Education Grant An Education Grant request can be up to $1,500 per year for school district projects benefiting students and/or the community.
