RAP Foundation- Sponsorship Grant

The RAP Foundation's Sponsorship Grant provides up to $5,000 for community events that are free and open to the public. This funding supports initiatives focused on health, mental health, and juvenile intervention in eastern Riverside County, Coachella Valley, and Palo Verde Valley. Nonprofit organizations, educational institutions, and governmental agencies can apply. It is essential to submit requests at least 90 days before the event to ensure timely review.

NOTE: To ensure your application undergoes a timely review, please submit your request at least 90 days before your project/event start date. We conduct reviews and consider grant requests on a monthly basis throughout the year, except the month of August.
RAP Foundation Grant Opportunities
The Regional Access Project Foundation (RAP) Inc. incorporated in 1992 as a 501(c)(3) public benefit corporation in order to address unmet needs in health, mental health and juvenile intervention for residents of the Coachella and Palo Verde Valleys, from the western border of North Palm Springs to the eastern border of the City of Blythe. through grants and technical assistance to not for profit service providers.
The Regional Access Project Foundation’s Vision is to enhance the quality of life for all residents of the Coachella and Palo Verde Valleys, from the western border of North Palm Springs to the eastern border of the City of Blythe by investing in nonprofits and empowering them to effectively serve unmet needs identified by the RAP Board of Directors. Our grants are designed to accomplish this vision.
Sponsorships
A Sponsorship Grant request can be up to $5,000 per year and must be used to support an event that is open and free to the public.
Sponsorships aim to support community events that align with one or more of the following topics:

• health
• mental health
• juvenile intervention

Eligibility

Sponsorships are open to nonprofit organizations, educational institutions, and governmental agencies.Sponsorships must be community events with no admission fee. Sponsorships cannot exceed consecutive 3 days.The community event should benefit residents in eastern Riverside County, the Coachella Valley and Palo Verde Valley.

Ineligibility

At the Regional Access Project (RAP) Foundation, we do not endorse or support any specific political or religious beliefs.Additionally, we do not provide funding for fundraising events.
