Corte Madera Community Foundation Project Grants

The Corte Madera Community Foundation encourages local Corte Madera, California organizations to submit grant requests for projects, programs, events and services consistent with its mission of improving quality of life in Corte Madera, building community spirit and enhancing the town's small-town character. Grants typically range from $500 to $3,000. The Foundation conducts two grant cycles each year — one in spring with applications due by April 1, and one in fall with applications due by September 1 — and applicants should expect a response within 60 days of the relevant deadline. The Foundation favours applications that benefit a larger portion of the Corte Madera community over those benefiting a smaller portion, and considers applications that directly benefit the community and are consistent with its Mission Statement and Bylaws. It does NOT consider grant applications from individuals for personal needs. It may consider ad hoc requests outside the twice-yearly cycles in extraordinary circumstances when the need arose after the relevant deadline.
