Every year, the RiverCenter in downtown Davenport, IA hosts the Quad City Regional Auto Show. The goal of the Auto Show is to promote family togetherness, introduce new makes and models of vehicles, and recognize local students who plan to pursue higher education. Proceeds raised from the Auto Show go toward the distribution of scholarships. The Quad City Regional Auto Show Scholarship was established several years ago and is awarded to individuals that are employed themselves, or have a parent or guardian employed at an auto dealership within the Quad Cities area. The Quad City Regional Auto Show’s Charitable Giving Fund assists in awarding scholarships. This fund helps distribute the scholarships to deserving students and helps to lessen the financial burden of paying for college.
