General information This partnership program provides financial and technical assistance for eligible public water access and state water trail projects. Priorities Repairs and technical assistance for existing facilities Rehabilitation of an existing facility Development of a new facility Engineering and design of a new or existing facility Acquisition of land for a new facility Level of assistance The level of financial and technical assistance fluctuates considerably depending on the Division of Parks and Trails budget and staffing resources, project scope, and number of requests.

Ineligible Projects Items not eligible for funding under this program includes but is not limited to: fishing piers, fishing platforms, fish cleaning stations, AIS prevention/ watercraft cleaning units, pump-out stations and floating restrooms.
