Professional Development Conference is a new initiative supported by the Phi Kappa Psi Foundation to provide members with professional growth and development opportunities.

• This is the largest single grant ever approved by the Foundation in Phi Kappa Psi Foundation history (as of 2017)
• Foundation approved funding at 100% of program costs

Program Focus

The conference is part of the Foundation's comprehensive educational model designed to create long-lasting positive change in the lives of undergraduate brothers.

The Professional Development Conference is delivered at multiple levels:
• Chapter level
• Regional level
• National level

All programs are tied together in a comprehensive educational model designed to enlighten undergraduates, challenge them to think critically, and show them a pathway for success in college and throughout life.
