Overview
PIVOT is an intensive journey for undergraduate Phi Psis built on learning the small changes leaders make that have maximum impact. The concept is that changing each young brother's compass by just a degree or two will dramatically impact his trajectory over time.- Undergraduate Phi Kappa Psi members

Target Audience
- Commitment to chapter, campus, and community
- Desire to learn more about one's talents, values, and maturity
- Understanding and demonstration of actions congruous with Phi Psi values
- Potential for future leadership
Selection Criteria
Applications evaluated on:- Significant alumni presence (approximately 1-2 ratio of undergraduates to alumni)
- Community building among participants
- Ongoing tracking of attendees throughout collegiate journey
- Hands-on service project (e.g., partnering with Salvation Army)
- Keynote speakers and industry leaders
- Small group breakouts (PIVOT Groups) with alumni mentors
- Challenge courses and team-building activities
- Post-program engagement through technology and ongoing interactions
Program Features
- $250 registration fee for undergraduates
- Scholarships available based on financial need
- All other expenses included: airfare, lodging, meals, and activities

2018 Expansion
PIVOT expanded in 2018 to welcome over 100 undergraduate leaders with two session offerings:Background
Established in 2017 with the inaugural program held in Lakeland, Florida (March 2017). The inaugural program included 48 undergraduate Phi Psis accompanied by 26 alumni members. Program inspired by the Nelson Leadership Institute's mission to empower, develop, and affirm undergraduate members as they become ethical, mission-driven leaders of influence.Contact
