PLTW Gateway - New Program (Phillips 66) Phillips 66 invests in education equity, because literacy and workforce preparedness are the foundation of individual achievement and our economic future. And, to build a more diversified and equitable workforce in STEM, we seek to support academic training and education opportunities with a focus on girls and people of color. Middle school is a time of exploration, a time when students are figuring out what they're passionate about today and how that relates to who they'll become tomorrow. Phillips 66 has partnered with Project Lead The Way to support PLTW Gateway programs in middle schools in Phillips 66 communities. PLTW Gateway units empower students to experience and see a range of STEM pathways and possibilities in high school and beyond. Through this partnership, Phillips 66 is supporting PLTW grants to schools interested in starting and expanding PLTW Gateway programs beginning in the upcoming academic year.
