• Applicant Type: Organizations, initiatives, programs, and/or activities operating on a nonprofit or not-for-profit basis
• Geographic Requirement: Must operate within the City of Philadelphia
• Ineligible Entities:
- For-profit entities - Organizations that have received Philadelphia Cultural Fund grants - Organizations with outstanding Identification of Funds Reports from previous awards

Compliance Requirements

• Grantees must submit annual Identification of Funds Reports detailing how grant money was spent
• Organizations must complete an IDF Report for any previously awarded grant before receiving a new award
• Failure to submit the full IDF Report will result in ineligibility for future grants
