Whitcher Scholarship Fund Peter Whitcher was one of the original organizers of the American labor movement. He was district representative of the International Association of Structural and Ornamental Iron Workers for 39 years. Peter established this fund to distribute scholarship awards to eligible sons and daughters of members and deceased members of the Iron Workers District Council of Western New York.
