AED Mini-Grant Program

The Phoenixville Community Health Foundation has established this mini-grant program to streamline requests for financial assistance toward the purchase of one or more Automatic External Defibrillators.

You will need to upload a formal estimate or documentation of the AED equipment to be purchased.

Funding

The maximum grant award is $2,000 for one unit and $4,000 for two units.

Eligibility

* Any health and human services 501(c)(3) nonprofit that serves the greater Phoenixville region may apply for a mini-grant, including current grantees.
* Organizations may apply for only one mini-grant per year.
* For its grant-making program, the Foundation has adopted a geographical area encompassing the nineteen townships and boroughs surrounding the Borough of Phoenixville.
* This area is defined as follows:
* Chester County:
* Charlestown Township
* East Coventry Township
* East Nantmeal Township
* East Vincent Township
* East Pikeland Township
* North Coventry Township
* Phoenixville Borough
* Schuylkill Township
* Spring City Borough
* South Coventry Township
* West Vincent Township
* West Pikeland Township
* Montgomery County:
* Collegeville Borough
* Limerick Township
* Lower Pottsgrove Township
* Lower Providence Township
* Royersford Borough
* Trappe Borough
* Upper Providence Township

Ineligibility

* We do not reimburse for projects/programs that have already been funded by the applying organizations.
