NOTE: Mini grants can only be accessed through a code given by PCHF staff. All organizations must contact the foundation to talk about your mini-grant idea before receiving the code. Information Technology Mini-Grant Program These grants are for the purchase of IT equipment to increase operational capacity. Types of eligible equipment include computer hardware, software upgrades, printers, training associated with equipment/program upgrades, tablets, and laptops. Funding The maximum grant award is $5,000

Organizations must have the following:Current 501(c)3 status (or fiscal sponsorship)​Services provided to PCHF’s geographic area of interest​Directors and Officers insurance​Operating budget of less than $3 million​Must be a current annual grantee OR have received an annual grant within the last 2 years.

Ineligibility

We do not reimburse for projects/programs that have already been funded by the applying organizations.Security equipment, outdoor cameras, and alarm systems are not eligible. Requests for existing and recurring costs, such as software subscriptions, are not allowed unless the organization is testing the usefulness of the solution.
