Pathways in Technology Early College High School (P-TECH) Supplemental School Grant FY26 Purpose The Maryland State Department of Education (MSDE) provides non-competitive grants to Maryland local education agencies (LEAs) with Pathways in Technology Early College High School (P-TECH) programs. Many aspects of the Blueprint for Maryland’s Future are exemplified in P-TECH as the goal of P-TECH is to provide wrap-around support services to economically disadvantaged students that result in students receiving their high school diploma, a two-year associate degree, and receiving first-in-line consideration for employment with a partnering P-TECH company. Maryland currently has nine (9) P-TECH high schools, and the LEAs that represent these schools are eligible for $750 per student, based on final enrollment data. LEAs must match 100% (in-kind matching is allowable) of supplemental school grant funds.Eligibility
