About Us The Community Foundation of NCW is a tax-exempt philanthropic organization that helps individuals, families, businesses, and agencies support charitable causes throughout Chelan, Douglas, and Okanogan counties. Pateros Scholarship The mission of the Pateros Scholarship is to encourage and support Pateros High School students academically and financially in their pursuit of higher education. Established in the early 1990s as a memorial fund, the Pateros Scholarship has been administered by a committee of community members and alumni who identify with donors that education is an important catalyst for increased individual and community development.

Eligibility

Eligibility: Graduating senior or previous graduate of Pateros High School, or graduating home-schooled or alternatively schooled high school senior who lives in the Pateros School District and has been active with Pateros High School Pursuing further education at an accredited 2-year or 4-year college or university, or trade school Renewal is possible for previous recipients; must reapply. There is a maximum of one renewal for a total of two awards.
