NOTE: The Owen Family Foundation is not currently accepting requests from organizations in the Twin Cities area who have not been previously funded.  If your organization has been funded in the past, you are still eligible to apply. Owen Family Foundation Grant So that this and future generations may experience the joy of charitable giving and develop a deep rooted sense of philanthropy, the mission of the Owen Family Foundation is to share the gifts God has bestowed upon our family by contributing to a broad range of charities. Our primary interests include working with organizations that support the following areas: HealthEducationHuman ServicesChristian/Judeo Religions

If your organization has been funded in the past, you are still eligible to apply.The Foundation considers grant applications from charities as defined under the Internal Revenue Code and applicable regulations.An applicant must have obtained a 501(c)(3) determination letter prior to submitting an application and must include a copy with this application.If the applicant is not required to have obtained a 501(c)(3) letter, it must provide a copy of an IRS letter or a legal opinion certifying that the applicant is a public charity as described in section 509(a)(1),(2) or (3).

Ineligibility

Grants will not be considered for any organization that discriminates based on creed, gender or race.
