Nomination Process

1. Complete Nomination Form: Fill out the Wufoo nomination form on the award page
2. Write Narrative: Demonstrate how the candidate's experience and accomplishments align with each (or most) of the outlined award criteria. Be thorough and give specific examples addressing:
- Creative and dedicated contributions to advancing diversity
- Use of channels to promote diversity efforts
- Efforts to encourage diverse students and professionals
- Assistance in retention and career advancement of diverse professionals
3. Submit Supporting Materials: Submit résumé and/or bio to Dena Hull at dhull@mocpa.org
4. Confirmation: You will receive an email confirming receipt within one or two business days. If you don't receive confirmation, contact MOCPA to ensure receipt.
