Oscar & Rosetta Fish Fund This scholarship was established by Oscar and Rosetta Fish who were committed to helping young people pursue higher education. Oscar was a member of the University of Hawaii's College of Business Administration's first MBA graduating class in 1959. Rosetta was a speech teacher at UH Manoa. They met in Hawaii and after living in several other places, returned to Hawaii to retire.
