Attach a detailed budget; nonprofits attach the IRS determination letter and the most recent financial statement; past CFSK grant recipients attach press releases or other public announcements of past awards; and briefly describe how the award will be publicly announced. 'Unsigned or incomplete applications will not be accepted.' 'Please do not staple, use paper clips. Do not put material in a presentation folder or binder. Applications must be photo-copy ready.
