NOTE: Schedule an initial inspection with SENPH staff. Complete and sign the On-Farm Housing Grant Application. Complete Detail Work Write-up of work to be completed. Sign the On-Farm Housing Grant Agreement. Agree to complete the work by the completion date. Notify SENPH when work is complete to schedule a final inspection. Submit all invoices and receipts to SENPH.
With grant funds provided by the U.S. Department of Labor under the Workforce Investment & Opportunity Act (WIOA), Southeast Non-Profit Housing will provide financial assistance to farmers and growers who wish to upgrade and/ or improve their farm labor housing.
Funding
SENPH will provide a matching grant up to $7,500 to eligible farmers and growers to repair and upgrade their existing farm labor housing. Farmers must agree to provide a matching financial amount or equivalent amount of $1 for every $1 provided by SENPH.
