Sign the On-Farm Housing Grant Agreement. Agree to complete the work by the completion date. Notify SENPH when work is complete to schedule a final inspection. Submit all invoices and receipts to SENPH. About Us Since 2006, Alabama Non-Profit Housing, Inc. (dba Southeast NonProfit Housing) has been committed to providing safe, sanitary, and affordable housing to farm workers and their families. Throughout our rich almost 20-year history, we have grown our operations and services outside of Alabama to Georgia, Tennessee, South Carolina, North Carolina and Virginia. With experience in developing housing to providing financial literacy programs, our focus will always be in our local communities at the heart of our country On Farm Housing Grant Program With grant funds provided by the U.S. Department of Labor under the Workforce Investment & Opportunity Act (WIOA), Southeast Non-Profit Housing will provide financial assistance to farmers and growers who wish to upgrade and/ or improve their farm labor housing. Funding SENPH will provide a matching grant up to $7,500 to eligible farmers and growers to repair and upgrade their existing farm labor housing. Farmers must agree to provide a matching financial amount or equivalent amount of $1 for every $1 provided by SENPH.Eligibility
