About Us The Community Foundation of NCW is a tax-exempt philanthropic organization that helps individuals, families, businesses, and agencies support charitable causes throughout Chelan, Douglas, and Okanogan counties. Okanogan Masonic Lodge #169 – Herbert and Elizabeth Davis Since 1998, the dedicated Masons of the Okanogan Masonic Lodge have faithfully executed the wishes of Herbert and Elizabeth Davis by providing scholarships to deserving students in Okanogan County. The Community Foundation of NCW has been honored to assist in this process by simply providing a vehicle by which the Davis’ charitable dreams to support the youth of Okanogan county, in perpetuity, could be fulfilled. The credit should rest with the dedicated Masons who spend countless hours reviewing scholarship applications and making the difficult decisions of choosing from many worthy students.
