OCBF Grant Program

  • Review Process: The OCBF Projects Committee regularly reviews grant applications, follows up with applicants for questions, and brings recommendations to the OCBF Board of Trustees. The Board makes final funding decisions.

    Grant Application Process

    Submission Requirements:

  • Applications must be submitted via email by 5 p.m. on the deadline date

  • Applications must meet requirements of OCBF Grant Guidelines

  • Applications must be consistent with OCBF mission statement

    Program Overview:
    A streamlined funding option for legal or educational projects requiring smaller amounts of funding.

    Award Limits: Maximum $1,000 per mini grant request

    Application Process: More streamlined than full grant application

    Timeline: Mini grants may be awarded at any time during the year

    Approval Authority: Projects Committee has authority to award up to five mini grants per year (depending on funding availability)

    Board Review: Mini grants do not require approval of the full board of trustees

    Priority: Given to new grant applicants
