O'Neill Brothers Grants The Foundation's Board of Trustees meets semi-annually to consider grant requests. Therefore, the review process can take up to six months. Types of Support Granted We will provide unrestricted general operating support requests from established organizations which are financially stable and have strong leadership. We provide support for specific programs that are effective, innovative and do not duplicate other programs or services. We also will consider a small number of requests for capital support from organizations that meet all other funding criteria.
