Overview
The North Dakota Homeless Grant (NDHG) is the second of two major funding streams CAPND administers with support from the North Dakota Housing Finance Agency; it began September 1, 2025. Aligned with the HOME-ARP Supportive Services Program, it delivers rental assistance, flexible financial assistance for immediate housing-related needs, housing search and placement, housing stability case management, and budget counseling to individuals and families experiencing or at risk of homelessness. NDHFA and CAPND describe the pairing as a shared commitment to addressing housing instability and creating long-term solutions.
