Essentia Health prioritizes contributions to non-profit organizations working to address social determinants of health in four key priority areas:

Economic Stability: Housing, workforce development, childcare, healthy food access
Access to Education and Healthy Youth Development: Reduction of adverse childhood experiences (ACEs) and asset building for youth
Access to Right Time, Right Place Healthcare: Increase access to comprehensive, high-quality healthcare services
Neighborhood Improvements that Promote Health and Safety: Neighborhood and environmental changes
