New Program Application

Overview: New programs or programs not currently funded by UWMC must submit a preliminary application as the first step in UWMC's Community Investment process.

Purpose: Determines Community Investment eligibility for nonprofit organizations.

Process: UWMC's Board of Directors will review new program applications to determine Community Investment eligibility. If eligible, programs will then be invited to submit a Community Investment grant application as the next step in the process.

    Application Process

    1. Submit preliminary New Program Application
    2. UWMC Board of Directors reviews application for Community Investment eligibility
    3. If eligible, organization is invited to submit Community Investment grant application
    4. Proceed to Community Investment Grant Application process
