New American Long-term Care (LTC) Workforce Development Legal Services The Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS) through its Grants, Equity, Access and Research (GEAR) Division (the “State”) is seeking proposals from qualified immigration-legal– service professionals to provide comprehensive, culturally responsive immigration services and supports that support New Americans to enter, stay, and advance in the long-term care (LTC) workforce. These services are a cornerstone of an inclusive and equitable LTC employment system and are intended to foster long-term workforce integration, employment retention, and individual stability. For the purposes of this RFP, New American refers to an individual born abroad and their children.Eligibility
