NOTE: Application Deadline July 2026 Norwalk Community College (NCC) Foundation The Norwalk Community College Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization independent of CT State Norwalk. The Foundation is dedicated to maintaining the high-quality, accessible higher education opportunities provided to students at CT State Norwalk by fundraising for scholarships and programs that promote student success in college and beyond. NCC Foundation: Royce Merit Scholarship Students selected by the NCC Foundation Scholarship Committee will have an opportunity to earn an associate degree at CT State Norwalk with a merit scholarship plus a $250 per semester book allowance. The amount of the award depends on student’s unmet need up to $4,000. This scholarship can be renewed for a second year at CT State Norwalk, dependent upon satisfactory academic performance in year one.
