Norwalk Community College (NCC) Foundation The Norwalk Community College Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization independent of CT State Norwalk. The Foundation is dedicated to maintaining the high-quality, accessible higher education opportunities provided to students at CT State Norwalk by fundraising for scholarships and programs that promote student success in college and beyond. NCC Foundation: Path2Succes Scholarship The Path2Success Scholarship and Coaching Program supports Fairfield County residents enrolled in a degree or certificate program at CT State (excluding nursing students). Eligible applicants must have a cumulative GPA between 2.0 and 3.2, have completed 12–30 credits (Spring Semester cycle) or up to 64 credits (Academic Year cycle) applicable to their major, and be taking at least 6 credits at the CT State Norwalk campus each semester. Students must have declared a major such as General Studies or Liberal Arts. U.S. citizens and permanent residents are required to submit the 2025–2026 FAFSA to the CT State Norwalk Financial Aid Office, while international students must upload a current I-20, and students not eligible for FAFSA must provide an Income Verification Form.
