The Foundation is dedicated to maintaining the high-quality, accessible higher education opportunities provided to students at CT State Norwalk by fundraising for scholarships and programs that promote student success in college and beyond. NCC Foundation: Non-Credit Certificate Award This scholarship is open to Fairfield County residents who are enrolled in a non-credit-bearing certificate program at the CT State Community College Norwalk campus. Each eligible student may receive 80% of tuition coverage (only 1 program at the time) and 1 book per course. Your award is based on your unmet need.
