The Foundation is dedicated to maintaining the high-quality, accessible higher education opportunities provided to students at CT State Norwalk by fundraising for scholarships and programs that promote student success in college and beyond. NCC Foundation: ESOL Award This scholarship is open to all current CT State Norwalk students who are enrolled in credit/blended ESOL courses at the CT State Norwalk campus. Each eligible student may receive tuition coverage for up to two main classes (Integrated Skills I-V, Grammar I-IV or Communications I-IV ONLY) and a maximum of two books.
