Norwalk Community College (NCC) Foundation The Norwalk Community College Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization independent of CT State Norwalk. The Foundation is dedicated to maintaining the high-quality, accessible higher education opportunities provided to students at CT State Norwalk by fundraising for scholarships and programs that promote student success in college and beyond. NCC Foundation: Academic Year Scholarship This scholarship provides tuition assistance for the entire academic year, including winter and summer intersessions if you choose to take classes. If you receive Mary Ann Handley (PACT) Award, you will ONLY be eligible for books. The scholarship is open to Fairfield County residents who are CT State Community College Norwalk students and who have not earned a prior master’s degree at any US institution.
