Program Description: The Rockley Family Foundation provides resources for music scholarships to institutional partners across the country. Rather than awarding scholarships directly to the general public, the Foundation donates funds to partner institutions, which then select and award music scholarships at their discretion.

Application Process
Direct applications are not accepted by the Rockley Family Foundation. Instead:
1. Identify your institution - Determine if your college or university is a partner of the Rockley Family Foundation
2. Contact your institution - Reach out to your school's financial aid office or music department to inquire about Rockley Family Foundation scholarship opportunities
3. Institution selection - Partner institutions manage the application and selection process for Rockley Family Foundation scholarships at their discretion
4. Award - Your institution will notify you if you have been selected as a scholarship recipient
Note: The Rockley Family Foundation does not directly accept individual applications. All scholarship awards are managed through institutional partnerships.
