Music & Arts Grant The California Casualty Music & Arts Grant was established to provide support for K-12 public schools negatively impacted by reduced budgets. California Casualty has partnered with education associations for nearly 70 years. We understand the importance of music and arts education for children. As a member of one of our partnering education associations, you can apply for a grant award of $250 for a music or art need at your school.

Eligibility

You can learn more about this opportunity by visiting the funder's website. The California Casualty Music and Arts Grant program will consider grant requests for public K-12 schools whose music and arts programs are in jeopardy or in great need of funding. Requests will also be considered for individual classrooms wishing to integrate music and/or arts projects within school curriculum.This program is available in all states except: AK, HI, MA, MI, NY, WI.Applications must be submitted by an active employee of the public K-12 school for which the grant is being requested. The applicant must be a current member of the state NEA affiliate or one of our other participating educator associations including:ACSA, CASE, COSA, KASA, NASA, UASSP, UAESP. Please advise your Principal of your grant request. Awards must be used to subsidize the music or arts program/class project identified on the grant application.

Ineligibility

Awards cannot be used for individual student awards, construction projects, organizations whose primary purpose is fundraising, or other school programs.
