How to Apply

1. Determine Applicant Status
- Identify whether you are the property owner or tenant at the proposed mural location
- If tenant: must include letter of support from property owner (PDF format only)

2. Complete Applicant Information
- Name (required)
- Email (required)
- Mailing Address (required)
- Phone Number (required)

3. Provide Mural Information
- Mural Address (required)
- Property owner name if not the applicant (required)
- Site Description (required)
- Artist Name (required)
- Estimated Install Date (required)
- Mural Description (required)
- Total Cost of Mural (required)
- Size of mural (required)
- Indicate if artwork has been selected (required)
- If artwork is selected: Upload design file (Max size: 25MB)

4. Submit Application
