How to Apply

1. Determine Applicant Status
   • Identify whether you are the property owner or tenant at the proposed mural location
   • If tenant: must include letter of support from property owner (PDF format only)
2. Complete Applicant Information
   • Name (required)

3. Provide Mural Information
   • Mural Address (required)
   • Property owner name if not the applicant (required)
   • Site Description (required)
   • Artist Name (required)
   • Estimated Install Date (required)
   • Mural Description (required)
   • Total Cost of Mural (required)
   • Size of mural (required)
   • Indicate if artwork has been selected (required)
   • If artwork is selected: Upload design file (Max size: 25MB)
