Minnesota Market Bucks Program The Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) requests proposals to administer the statewide Market Bucks Program. The purpose of this request is to provide funding to one organization to administer the Market Bucks Program, which provides nutrition incentives to Minnesotans who use the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) at Minnesota Farmers Markets.
