Members 1st Charitable Foundation Grant

The Members 1st Charitable Foundation Grant supports local grassroots organizations in South Central and Northeastern Pennsylvania, aiming to enhance their strength, health, and financial stability. Grants up to $10,000 are available each cycle, with a focus on initiatives in art, culture, education, financial literacy, health, wellness, and veterans' services. Organizations must be 501(c)(3) tax-exempt and demonstrate good financial standing to qualify for funding.

The Members 1st Charitable Foundation is an independent 501 (c)(3) non-profit corporation whose mission is to support local, grassroots organizations within South Central and Northeastern Pennsylvania to make them stronger, healthier, and more financially sound.
Grants up to $10,000 will be awarded each cycle. Organizations may only receive one grant per calendar year.

Eligibility

Funding requests must align with the Foundation's missionOrganization must be tax exempt under 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Supporting documentation in the form of the IRS determination letter (IRS Letter 1045), IRS Form W-9, and your EIN number must be submitted with your proposal.
Organization must be based within South Central and Northeastern Pennsylvania (Adams, Berks, Cumberland, Dauphin, Lancaster, Lebanon, Lehigh, Northampton, Perry, and York counties).
Organization must be in good financial standing.
Organization is non-discriminatory for any reason, including race, religion, creed, age, sex, sexual orientation and/or national origin. Exceptions from these criteria may be made in situations of large-scale crises, such as national disasters.
