Mason Nelson Baseball Memorial Scholarship
Purpose: This scholarship honors Mason Anthony Nelson, a Ball High School freshman who was killed by a drunk driver in Galveston, Texas. The fund serves two purposes:
1. Reward deserving Ball High students who have participated in baseball for their effort and commitment to pursue post-secondary education
2. Assist students interested in improving their baseball skills outside of district athletics by funding private lessons
