About Us The Community Foundation of NCW is a tax-exempt philanthropic organization that helps individuals, families, businesses, and agencies support charitable causes throughout Chelan, Douglas, and Okanogan counties. Marjorie M and William H Griffin Scholarship The Marjorie M. and William H. Griffin Scholarship Fund was established in January 2017 to help those who would otherwise be unable to afford college or other higher education. The Griffins are particularly interested in assisting non-traditional students returning to school after time in the workforce or raising children.
