Guided by our vision, purpose, mission, values, and policies, we inspire philanthropic generosity to enhance our community’s quality of life. Scholarships More than 200 students throughout north central Wisconsin, from pre-school to post-graduate, will be awarded scholarships totaling more than $300,000 from the 125 endowed scholarship funds administered within the Community Foundation. Marathon County Labor Council Scholarship Purpose To promote continuing educational opportunities for children and grandchildren of Marathon County Labor Union members. Scholarships are awarded annually in memory of Rosella Wartner and James Wadinski to high school seniors planning to pursue an advanced education in any field of study, with preference given to students who plan to have a career within the labor movement.Eligibility
