Lynn E. Poffenberger Memorial Scholarship Fund The Middle Paxton Lions Club wishes to honor the memory of Mr. Lynn E. Poffenberger, who was a longtime supporter of the community with his service to the Club. Through this Poffenberger Scholarship, awarded annually to two graduating seniors who meet the following criteria: 1) are residents of either Middle Paxton Township or Dauphin Borough 2) exhibit financial need 3) have been active members of the community.
