Lowe Foundation Grant

The Lowe Foundation, established in 1988, aims to enhance the health and education of women and children in Texas. Supporting over 400 organizations, the foundation prioritizes preventative and rehabilitative programs for at-risk groups. It operates primarily in the Dallas/Ft. Worth and Austin/San Antonio regions. Eligible applicants must be nonprofit organizations recognized as tax-exempt under section 501(c)(3) of the IRS Revenue Code, focusing on critical needs within these communities.

The Lowe Foundation was created in 1988 by Erma Lowe and her daughter Mary Ralph Lowe. Their goal is to give back to the State of Texas by supporting women and children's health and educational needs. Since its inception, The Lowe Foundation has assisted over 400 organizations.
The Foundation is currently represented in two broad regions within the State of Texas as follows:
Dallas/Ft. Worth Lead Trustees: Mary Ralph Lowe, Diana Strauss and Samantha Yost PaceAustin/San Antonio/Close Surrounding Area Lead Trustee: Clayton Maebius
The funding focus is directed to those organizations that are involved in preventative or rehabilitative programs that benefit the critical needs of at risk women and children located in the State of Texas.

Eligibility

Nonprofit charitable organizations that are exempt from federal taxes under section 501(c) (3) of the IRS Revenue Code can apply for grant.Grant requests are limited to programs and projects benefiting the critical needs of women and children in the State of Texas.
